Bond Rating Reports
In March 2014, the City of Kyle’s bond rating was upgraded by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services which raised its long-term rating from A+ to AA- with stable outlook. A detailed report reflecting Standard & Poor’s rationale, outlook, and related criteria is attached.
