2025 Kyle Mobility Plan

Project Overview
The City of Kyle is updating its 2021 Transportation Master Plan to address the City’s connectivity and transportation needs throughout the city to ensure appropriate mobility planning amid ongoing rapid growth. This updated plan is called the Kyle Mobility Plan (KMP 2026), which kicked off in spring 2025 and completion is anticipated by spring 2026. The purpose of KMP 2026 is to provide a comprehensive, long-term guide for the City of Kyle’s transportation system that includes ways to improve and manage transportation and mobility infrastructure to meet the City’s needs.

Public Involvement
The KMP 2026 public comment period is Monday, June 30, 2025 – Friday, Aug. 29, 2025.
The City of Kyle wants to hear from you! This is your opportunity to provide input to the project team about mobility needs around Kyle, ideas, or concerns you have. We are utilizing prior feedback shared from the Comprehensive Plan, Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan, Sidewalk Plan, and the 2025 Community Survey and only asking a limited number of questions that should take roughly 5 minutes to complete.
