Engineering & Capital Improvements Department
The Kyle Engineering Department, under the direction of the City Engineer, performs and oversees professional engineering work related to the planning, design, construction and maintenance of City projects and programs. The department is also responsible for preparing engineering designs, reviewing engineering plans, and providing general engineering support to the development review process.
