Library Long Range Plan

Note from the Director:

First, I would like to the thank the Kyle Public Library Advisory Board for all of their hard work over these last months in completing this important document. In addition, I would also like to extend my gratitude to the citizens of Kyle for their robust participation in our library survey. With the community’s input and advice, the library has developed a framework of service for the next five years. This plan endeavors to identify strategic areas that the Kyle Public Library must focus on in order to meet the changing needs of our rapidly growing community. Finally, the document provides specific goals and objectives that we believe will deliver “Gold Standard” services, programs, collections, technology, and facilities for residents. -Paul A. Phelan
