The City of Kyle is creating a Public Art Master Plan to guide the strategic placement, funding, and management of public art throughout the community.

Temporary Closure of La Verde Park Aquatic Amenities:

La Verde Park restrooms and lighting are now operational. 

Due to a mechanical issue, the aquatic features at La Verde Park are currently non-operational. For more information, visit the La Verde Park webpage

Steeplechase Park Playground Upgrade

Starting Tuesday, May 27 the Steeplechase Park Playground will be closed and fenced off for the construction of the new, modern playground.

Trails

The City of Kyle has over 8 miles of developed trails, and we're adding more every year!  To learn more, visit our Trails page. 

Therapeutic Recreation and Inclusion Services

The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to offer Therapeutic Recreation Services to connect people of all abilities together through accessible recreation, promoting independence, confidence, and improving overall quality of life. The City of Kyle has many acres of developed and undeveloped park land and several buildings and facilities available for public use! Enjoy green open spaces, tree lined trails, water features and more at our city parks. Trails

Plum Creek Trail

The Plum Creek Trail, when developed, will stretch from the City of Uhland (on the east) to the Blanco River (on the west). The City of Kyle is acquiring land to build a "spine" trail along the bank of the Plum Creek with access and trail-heads to many of the city's neighborhoods.
