Starting Tuesday, May 27 the Steeplechase Park Playground will be closed and fenced off for the construction of the new, modern playground.

The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to offer Therapeutic Recreation Services to connect people of all abilities together through accessible recreation, promoting independence, confidence, and improving overall quality of life. The City of Kyle has many acres of developed and undeveloped park land and several buildings and facilities available for public use! Enjoy green open spaces, tree lined trails, water features and more at our city parks. Below is a list of all our parks, visit our Parks and Facilities page for details on all our parks including amenities, park hours, and undeveloped park land.
The Plum Creek Trail, when developed, will stretch from the City of Uhland (on the east) to the Blanco River (on the west). The City of Kyle is acquiring land to build a "spine" trail along the bank of the Plum Creek with access and trail-heads to many of the city's neighborhoods.
