Spring Break Camp

Kyle Spring Break Camp is an outdoor camp that utilizes open space and play ground areas at Mary-Kyle Hartson City Square Park, the Krug Activity Center, Lake Kyle,  various trails and more in the City of Kyle. Camp hours are from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday from March 17 - 21. 

It is our goal to offer a recreational program that youth can participate in to maintain a happy, healthy and active lifestyle during Spring Break. We strive to introduce the children to new and different ways to recreate through physically and mentally exhilarating on-site activities and valuable friendships.

Kyle Spring Break Camp is open to 40 Campers. 30 Voyager/Youth Members (kids entering 1st - 5th grade) and 10 Adventurer/Teen Members (kids entering 6th - 9th grade).

Registration and a fee are required to participate in Kyle Spring Break Camp. All payments must be made with a credit or debit card through the RecDesk website at KyleRec.RecDesk.com. Payment is due on March 4, 2025. 

2025 Registration 

  • Opens January 6, 2025
  • Closes March 3, 2025 or until all spots are filled
  • Payment due March 4, 2025

2025 Spring Break Camp Fees

  • $150 for the week
  • $50 Non-refundable deposit due at checkout to hold your spot on the roster

The weekly fee covers two daily snacks and daily supplies for activities. The Kyle Spring Break Camp does not supply breakfast or lunch. Campers are required to pack a lunch each day, that includes an ice pack and a water bottle. We are unable to refrigerate camper lunches.  

There are NO DISCOUNTS for multiple children, scholarships, or income based subsidies available. Late fees will be added in the amount of $20 to any account with a remaining balance that does not pay by the deadline.

This camp IS NOT a state licenses child care facility; it is a summer camp program governed by the City of Kyle under Ordinance No. 461, Article IV. Standards of Care for Parks and Recreation Department Programs for Children, Sections 23.01-23.12.
