The Utility Billing Payment Portal allows for online payment processing. Pay your Utility Bills at any time, day or night, using a debit/credit card or an e-check, or plan a future payment!

Pay by Phone

City of Kyle gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It's a convenient way to pay your bills on your own time - with no waiting! Call 877-829-9041 today to make your payment. 

Pay in Person/Dropbox

Pay your bill in person at one of the 3 customer service windows inside City Hall, or at the Dropbox on the side of the building. Payments can be paid in cash, check or money order.

Pay by Mail

Please use the payment coupon and DO NOT MAIL CASH. Check or Money Order should be made payable to the City of Kyle. Please include your account number on the check.
