The City of Kyle Planning Department Online application process.
The new Citizen Self-Serve (CSS) portal is now open and required for all Subdivision Plats, Site Plans, Zoning requests and all other applications for the Planning Department. This portal will allow you to apply and pay online for applications.
All applicants will need to create an account before submitting an application. Check out the How To videos below for assistance with using the online portal. For those with existing projects submitted in person before March 17, 2020, you can view the case information online and send resubmittals and updates directly to Debbie Guerra.
